ContractVault.pro is operated by Austine Jarome from Nazareth West, Ernakulam, Keralam, India 682002. ContractVault Technologies Private Limited is the proposed legal entity pending incorporation.

Information we may receive

We may receive your name, business contact details, organisation, role, enquiry content, and information you provide in a Private Beta workspace. Where an enabled workflow accepts contract material, it will state the processing purpose and required authority before submission.

How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, operate the selected workflow, protect the platform, maintain consent preferences and improve the service. Marketing communications will only be sent where you give the required permission.

You can ask about your information, request correction or withdrawal of marketing consent by emailing austine.jarome@contractvault.pro.
