Our responsibility is to explain what ContractVault does with information, what protection is active, and what is not yet available.
Do not send confidential contracts through email. Enabled Private Beta workspaces accept authorised document material through their controlled intake journeys; use only the stated workflow, scope and retention choices.
What is active today
- Private Beta access is issued after an access request is reviewed.
- No analytics or marketing provider is active in the Private Beta.
- Enabled module workspaces provide controlled document intake, text extraction and assessment workflows; availability varies by module and entitlement.
Controlled document handling
Each enabled upload journey requires acknowledgement that the uploader is authorised to provide the material, has read the Privacy Notice, understands the processing purpose and selects the applicable retention option.
ContractVault continues to strengthen private workspace access, organisation isolation, traceable document versions, audit records, retention and deletion handling as the Private Beta expands.
Certification and independent assurance
ContractVault does not currently claim ISO/IEC 27001 certification, a SOC 2 report, or any equivalent independent security attestation. We will only publish an assurance claim after the relevant controls are operating and independently evidenced.

This page is a transparent Private Beta security position, not a certification statement. The privacy, security and processing documentation will be legally reviewed and expanded before any paid service or broader production launch.
